It's not immediately obvious what social bookmarks manager del.icio.us lets you do: from allowing you to access your bookmarks from any computer, to letting you organize them by multiple keywords (called "tags") easily, and the ability to surf other people's tags and links as well.
Before we actually tried out del.icio.us, the "social bookmarks manager," we were all, "Social bookmarks? Say what?"
